DTSC issues guidelines for California.

The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) issued new guidelines to help local government agencies in California voluntarily establish and implement a program to make salons healthier for nail care workers, who are exposed to toxic chemicals in some nail care products. DTSC’s Healthy Nail Salon Recognition Program encourages a safer environment for workers, owners and customers.
